Textiles for motor vehicles

Gaiter

• Double fabric with specifically adapted woven repeating pattern
• Elements such as:
  • pockets for holding guide rods
  • a cut-out in the middle for a window
  • and overlaps for vent zippers
  were pre-integrated on the sides at the time of the textile development
• Very low manufacturing effort

Luggage Cover

• Depending on the vehicle model the repeating pattern of the shutter is woven accordingly
• The pocket for reinforcement in the handle area is pre-integrated at the time of the textile manufacture
• The settng process strengthens the fabric without any need for coating and favours a lower winding circumference in the shell it is to be subsequently fitted in
• Can be produced with very low manufacturing effort

Thermal system

with a high degree of insulation capability, e. g. used as a night cover in fridge display cabinets

• The excellent thermal properties in terms of heat transfer and insulation capability are the result of several layers woven in one process
• Great evenness and rollability
• Individual designs with patterns or company logos are possible using the latest weaving technology
