Coils/spools (?) will be put onto a grid/creed (?). The grid/creed (?) is in form of a V, so that the yarns can be fed into the warp ridge (?) of the beam without obstacles. To make a warp for the weaving mill, several beams are needed in order to reach the required total thread count.

„Our finest yarn has a Nm of 135, this means that 135 m weigh 1 g.“

All beams are mounted in the creels/unwinding frames (?) and on the other end of the sizing machine all threads come together into a warp beam, only then the required thread count has been reached. At the same time the threads go through a liquid made from synthetic sizing agents and wax. This makes the threads, which are constantly strained during the weaving process, more resilient.

Textiles with different designs are manufactured on state of the art Jacquard weaving machines by interlacing warp and weft yarns.

Finished pieces from the weaving mill go into grey cloth storage and are cleaned, checked and get an identification code. They are organised according to colour, quality, width and customer orders, and subsequent prepared for processing in the finishing department.

Fibre ends of the grey cloth are singed off by a burner flame. This is combined with a bleaching foulard. The bleaching substance removes natural colour from the fibre and afterwards appears nearly white. After a certain retention time, the fabric runs through a mercerisation- and washing machine.

From the specific mercerisation process, the fabric becomes smoother, shinier and optimally prepared for further finishing processes.

During the finishing, important performance characteristics such as the easy-iron finish are obtained through technically advanced systems.

The finished fabric is thoroughly inspected. After that it will either be used for sewing ready-made goods or delivered as piece goods.

Sample hangers from all our designs for presentation on trade shows or to our customers are made in the sampling department.

After sewing, ready-made goods will be packaged, organised according to customers, stored or sent to customers directly.

In 2019 our company was distinguished with the operating certificate „STeP BY OEKO_TEX“ for environment friendly processes in all stages of production.

Since 2020 we carry the trackable consumer label „OEKO-TEX MADE IN GREEN“ for production with materials free of harmful substances, environment friendly processes as well as safe and socially compatible working places.

ISO 9001 is an international quality management standard. It is our goal to improve the workflow, communication within the company as well as management. For this reason we obtain the certificate ISO 9001:2015 for development, production and distribution of textiles.
